Verwarm de oven voor op 350 \u00b0 C.<br>2. Scherp voorzichtig de zaden uit de tomaat helften.&nbsp;Zet opzij.<br>3. Gooi paneermeel, Parmezaanse kaas, peterselie, oregano, rozemarijn en tijm in een kleine kom en meng goed.&nbsp;Voeg de gesmolten boter en roer tot het mengsel volledig is gemengd&nbsp; met boter.&nbsp;Breng op smaak met zout en peper.<br>4. Vul&nbsp; elke tomaat met ongeveer 3 1\/2 eetlepels broodkruimelmengsel.<br>5. Plaats elke gevulde tomaat in een Dutch-oven en bak 20 tot 25 minuten of tot tomaten zacht worden en de bovenkant goudbruin is<br>6.
