een paar scheuten olijfolie over de aardappels<br>leg het deksel op de dutch oven en laat gedurende ongeveer een uur bakken.<br>de kunst is om veel geduld te hebben: het deksel houdt het vocht goed in de pan waardoor de smaken goed in de aardappels trekken en garen de aardappels door de stoom van het vocht van de aardappels terwijl ze ondertussen lekker krokant worden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
